If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, kindly reach out to us at info@lagosislandminimart.co.uk, and we will promptly address the issue. Please be aware that refunds are only available for items that are either damaged or missing upon delivery. For non-perishable goods, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return. After this period, we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds.

For perishable items, returns or refunds must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

In some cases, we may ask for photographic evidence to assess any issues with the product. Refunds or store credits will be issued for the impacted portion of the product(s).

If you wish to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the return shipping costs deducted.
